A Store Incharge is responsible for managing daily store operations, including inventory, staff, customer service, and sales performance. Key duties include:
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, order replenishments, and conduct regular stock audits.
• Staff Supervision: Supervise, train, and motivate store staff, assign tasks, and ensure performance standards.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent service, resolve complaints, and assist customers with product selection.
• Sales: Monitor sales targets and ensure store displays are visually appealing.
• Store Operations: Manage store opening/closing, cash handling, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on sales, stock levels, and store performance.
Requirements:
• High school diploma (or equivalent); retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and perform administrative tasks efficiently
