Position : Store Incharge
Location : Zoo Road, Guwahati
Duty Timings : 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Incharge to oversee the operations of our Unisex Parlour. The ideal candidate will manage the cash counter, greet and welcome clients, handle social media, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome clients, ensure their comfort, and provide a premium experience.
• Manage the cash counter and maintain accurate daily financial records.
• Oversee and handle the social media accounts, posting engaging content and responding to inquiries.
• Develop and implement strategies for business growth and revenue maximization.
• Supervise and manage the entire team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Maintain records and communications using Microsoft Excel and email.
• Handle basic accounts and administrative tasks to support the business.

Required Skills :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email communication.
• Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of basic accounts and financial management.

Qualifications :

• Minimum education: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in a reputed store.
