s / Roles and Responsibilities:
01. Receive incoming goods and verify Quantity with invoice / challan against Pending Purchase order
02. If any discrepancy in the incoming goods send discrepancy report/note to supplier through email with proper documents & notice to all concerned
03. Prepare GRN for all incoming goods against outstanding orders with supplier and then offer to Quality control (QC) for inspection with necessary documents
04. Stores the accepted materials in the Stores / designated location with proper identifications
05. If any rejection from QC send back to Supplier with proper documentation and inform all concerned through email
06. Internal Follow up for the material from QC and Machine shop for in-house manufactured items
07. In order to smooth the function of the stores activities, need to co-ordination with all other departments in-charges/Supervisors
like Assembly shop, Machine Shop, Quality Control, Design, Painting, Electrical dept and Head office
08. Always physical stocks in the system stocks Qty. should be tally and there should not be any mis-match qty.
09. Issuing the materials against the Assembly BOM / Customers orders and record in the tally system
10. Work allotment to other stores keeper according to the day-to-day workload
11. Maintain the job work challans record tally and reconciliation time to time
12. Maintain Minimum - Maximum - Reorder Level Stocks and inform below ROL to Purchase for necessary action
13. Daily Zero stock report to be submitted
14. Up-keepment of stores records
15. Ensure the safety rules in the stores departments and loading and unloading of the goods
16. Ensure good quality in the stores and always necessary care as to be taken
17. Non- Moving items to be identified from time to time and initiate disposition action if necessary
18. Delete / Obsolete items to be kept separately for review and initiate for disposition action
19. Material return from Assembly / Machine shop / Painting for any reason needs to be recorded in the material return note and recorded in the tally system
