We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Store management within the fasteners, auto parts, and sheet metal components sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditure, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions
Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
Proper coordination & communication with the unit team members for smooth & transparent supply chain operations.
Monitor all inventory control processes and documents all procedures to maintain all equipment and tools.
Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records of all stockroom locations.
Ensure that physical verification is carried out of the entire inventory every month end and resolve for inaccuracies if any & reporting to the concerned.
Determine and ensure optimal security of all materials and arrange for all shipments as per requirement.
Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed
5-7 years of experience in store management within the fasteners, auto parts, and sheet metal components industries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
