Job Title: Stores Executive
Department: Stores/Inventory Management
Job Summary: The Stores Executive is responsible for overseeing the procurement, receipt, verification, and management of materials in the store. This role involves handling quotations, purchase orders, material receipt, and invoicing processes, ensuring all activities adhere to the company's standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
? Quotation Collection and Approval:
o Collect a minimum of three quotations from relevant vendors for required materials.
o Ensure all quotations are comprehensive and meet the specified requirements.
o Complete and attach the Purchase Requisition (PR) to the approved quotation.
o Submit the quotations for initial approval and signature as per the specified protocol.
? Purchase Order Management:
o Issue Purchase Orders based on approved quotations and Purchase Requisitions.
o Maintain accurate records and communicate order details effectively to suppliers.
? Material Receipt and Handling:
o Receive materials and fill the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) form.
o Stamp and accurately fill in details on the invoice/challan received from suppliers.
o Update the store's inventory system with new stock details.
o Issue and affix identification stickers to the received materials.
? Invoice Processing and Verification:
o Complete the GRN, stamp the invoice, and prepare it for approval.
o Obtain necessary approval signatures on the invoices.
o Submit the approved invoices to the Accounts department for further verification.
? System Entry and Weekly Reporting:
o Enter verified invoice details into the organization's system.
o Conduct weekly reviews of all processed bills.
o Prepare and submit detailed reports of reviewed bills to management.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in store management or a similar role.
? Excellent organizational and communication skills.
? Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
? Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry.
? Capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
Education:
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Physical Requirements:
? Ability to lift moderate weights.
? Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods.

Pay: ?9,819.22 - ?35,445.56 per month
