To work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure to bring in the required material, for
timely production.
To Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.
To Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
To Ensure availability of merchandise and services & to maintain the inventories as per plan.
To visit the production floor regularly, talking to colleagues and internal customers to identify
or resolve urgent issues.
To prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective
actions
To Identify current and future requirements by establishing rapport with internal customers.
To Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational
policies and procedures.
To Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
To Maintain awareness of market trends in the industry, understanding forthcoming customer
requirements and monitoring.
To Initiate changes to improve the business & functional needs,
To Respond to customer complaints and comments.
To Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
To Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning
To Analyze inventory figures and forecast future needs.
