Oversee daily store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Monitor and manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. Ensure that the store is clean, organized and well-stocked. Implement and enforce store policies and procedures. Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize excess stock. Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory orders. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels and movement. Manage the store's budget, including expenses, revenue and profitability. Monitor cash handling and financial transactions to prevent loss and fraud. Prepare financial reports and provide insights to upper management.
