Responsibility
• Prepare a daily report updated & getting from feedback from customer,
• Monthly update the reports, muster roll & coordinate with back office,
• To prepare a new joining formalities & manpower recruitment,
• Daily follow up the team & vendor's follow-up and coordinate with FMS Helpdesk,
• Maintain the documents & store Handling & prepare the monthly material indent,
• Conducting Trainings, HSE & PPE, chemicals awareness trainings as for SOP,
• Events Arrangements & supporting Clint visits.
• Providing on time all facilities our costumer.
• Previous work planning & update the check list and follow up,
• Handling Hot Beverage consumables inventory, reading. Monthly indent billing
• Daily sent the consumption &SIH Reports,
• Materials uploading in Tool, issued, Request raise, remanding the ROL Materials,
• Coordinate with vendor machinery service
• Vendor follow up pending materials as per the PO Quarter wise
