Job Description
Responsible for the overall operations of the company\'s warehousing aspects & managing / Foreseeing all warehouse operations & reports in SAP module. Proper coordination & communication with the unit team members for smooth & transparent supply chain operations. Monitor all inventory control processes and documents all procedures to maintain all equipment and tools. Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records of all stockroom locations. Monitor work of all inventory control personnel, ensure achievement of all objectives, and provide improvements to same if required. Handling receipts, Physical quantity ascertaining of all supplies. Material and Service PR raising. Inventory Controls & Management, [AR items, shelf life of Materials, Physical Verification as per ABC analysis & reconciliation. LIFO & FIFO systems. Complete Vendors Consignment Note (Challan) and arrange for inspection and complete the inspection. Prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and also prepare Goods Rejection Memo (in case of goods rejected)
