Job Description

Store Executive is mainly responsible for all the inventory related jobs working in progress under A M Design.

The ultimate goal of the position is to ensure the Material is located in its proper position and available in good : condition whenever required.

The role of Store executive is as mentioned below but not limited to. 1-. Maintain a Record of all incoming & outgoing items

2i Count inventory items and update on repairs & new purchases.

3" Documentation of programming sheet (setup Sheet) Proper maintenance/Digitalization & issue thru the proper process.

4. Co-ordinate with supplier on incoming material

5: Take GRN of incoming purchase items. Scan documents like COC & Challan and upload them on ERp.

6. Maintain Proper stock of daily used items & initiate purchases for regularly utilized items.

7. Maintain NCR for rejection of tools & gauges and issue new purchase requisition.

8. Material pickup from Gate & get inward entry Stamp

9, Maintain material records received from the cutting area and keep at material ready for the machining section.

10. Ensure tooling/fixture/setup sheet availability at least 3 days prior to the machining is planned on any Machine

11.Ensure allJob cards are maintained properly in the tray of each job until the tray is collected for machining.

12. Regular Supplier Audit

13. Label Material for Traceability

14. Daily Reporting of tooling & fixture issued on the Machine

15. Maintain Documentation of AS9100 Rev D for Audits

16. Co-ordination with Final QC department for inventory and stock controlling

17. Helicoil lssue in proper process & maintain Helicoil lnventory as perforecast order

18. To support and assist Management by providing necessary data as and when required.

Reports

1. Weekly (Wed) Tooling issue Report

2. Weekly (Mon) Helicoil lnventory Report

3, Bill Submission Weekly Every Friday to the accounts team

4. Weekly (Tuesday) Gauges & lnstrument Report

5. Monthly material stock report (Last Friday of every Month)

6. Regular record of inward & outward entry from Vendor & suppliers with challan & COC scanned & Uploade ERP.

Exp: 2 to 3 years

Salary : up to 5 LPA CTC

Education : Any Graduate[Having knowledge of CNC tooling is must.]
