Key Responsibilities:
• Salon Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the salon.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for clients.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels; ensure timely procurement of salon products.
• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and motivate staff, including stylists, beauticians, and support personnel.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure high performance.
• Schedule and manage staff shifts, ensuring optimal coverage.
• Customer Service Excellence:
• Address client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty.
• Ensure client satisfaction through quality services and timely follow-ups.
• Sales and Marketing Support:
• Promote salon services and products to achieve sales targets.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and offers.
• Monitor client retention and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Reporting and Compliance:
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports on revenue, expenses, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
