Job Summary:

We are seeking a

Store Executive

to efficiently manage inventory, coordinate material movements, and ensure smooth store operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have experience in inventory control, stock maintenance, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Management:

Maintain stock levels and ensure proper storage. Implement FIFO/LIFO methods for material handling. Conduct stock audits and prepare inventory reports.

Material Handling & Procurement Support:

Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished goods. Ensure timely issue of materials to production as per requirements. Coordinate with the purchase department for stock replenishment.

Record Keeping & Documentation:

Maintain stock registers, GRNs, and inward/outward movement records. Ensure proper documentation of receipts, transfers, and dispatches. Work with ERP or inventory management software for accurate records.

Logistics & Dispatch Coordination:

Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per sales orders. Coordinate with transporters and vendors for smooth logistics operations. Verify invoices, delivery challans, and material dispatch records.

Compliance & Safety Measures:

Maintain store hygiene and ensure safe handling of materials. Follow company policies for stock management and security. Ensure adherence to all statutory and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Any Graduate (Preferred: B.Com/BBA/Diploma in Inventory Management)

Experience:

Minimum

[1-3] years

in storekeeping, preferably in a

manufacturing unit

.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

MS Excel, Tally, ERP, or any inventory management software

. Knowledge of stock maintenance, purchase orders, and material requisitions.

Soft Skills:

Strong

organizational and time management skills

. Ability to

work independently and coordinate with multiple teams

.
