Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Store Executive or similar role in the electronics industry, prefereable from EV indusry, electricl vehicle industry
  • Solid and good knowledge of electronics components
  • good knowledge on smd components and package
  • electric vehicle manufacturing company experience is most preferred
  • Good understanding of inventory management principles
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the electronics store
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing products
  • Ensure the availability of products and supplies by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing electronics products
  • Process sales transactions and handle cash transactions
  • Manage returns and exchanges, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
  • Collaborate with production team and issue the materials
  • Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Follow company policies and regulations, including safety and security protocols
