• Inventory management: Managing stock levels, ordering new products, and overseeing stocktaking
• Staff management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising employees
• Customer service: Addressing customer concerns, resolving disputes, and ensuring customer needs are met
• Identifying sales opportunities: Developing strategies to increase sales and grow the customer base
• Communication: Interacting with colleagues, clients, employers, and third-party vendors
• Organization skills: Empowering team members to take more proactive steps in running a store
Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical / Any Graduate
Experience :- Min. 4 yrs in MEP construction
Location :- Delhi
Salary :- 25k-35k
