Job brief

We are looking for a Store Officer that are essential for our company's day-to-day operations. You will maintain Purchase materials and Raw materials and ensure optimal stock levels and inventory management.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

Candidates should speak the local language.

Graduation is required.

Should have at-least 3-4 year Experience.

Warehousing experience - inward, outward operations

Knowledge of accounting Software (Tally ) - optional

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.

Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.

Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.

Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.

Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.

Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control

Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs

Store Manager Requirements and Qualifications

Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management

Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment

Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time

Skills to operate common office equipment

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

3+ years of experience in store keeping, inventory control, or record keeping

Controlling inventory stocks by conducting cycle counts, inventory audits,

Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results; preparation of duty roaster and assigning shifts,

Ensuring timely procurement, inward, stocking of goods in the inventory racks as a part of the inbound process,

Monitoring the Inbound and outbound process within agreed timelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month

Schedule:
