Roles & Responsibilities:
• Understand customer needs, provide information about available products, and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions
• Generate accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements and follow the company's pricing guidelines
• Regularly follow up on quotations provided to potential customers to close sales and answer any pending questions or concerns
• Process orders once a customer decides to make a purchase, ensuring all customer requirements are clearly communicated
• Accurately log all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress into the CRM system
• Stay up-to-date with the product offerings, including new arrivals, and be able to clearly communicate product features and benefits
• Work with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Gather customer feedback post-purchase and relay useful insights to improve products and services.
