Our Client a leading Pharma API Formulation Chemicals Manufacturing company located at Sanand Area of Ahmedabad.

Position: Store Executive

Experience: 1 to 4 years (API/Formulation or chemical industry)

Salary: 15000 to 25000 (Depends on your Interview & Experience)

Education: B.com, M.com, M.Sc., B.Sc. Only.

Office time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM 6 days week

Job Responsibility:

• Checking of material and documents arrived with the material and arrangement to store.
• Preparing the checklist for incoming raw material and fulfil the details.
• To make good receipt note and send intimation to QC dept. to collect the sample.
• To ensure correct approved labelling of each container or bags with COA.
• Identifying critical control points and preventive measures, establishing effective warehousing system.
• Implementing quality and customer service standards, identifying and resolving problems, completing audits, determining system improvements and implementing change.
• Achieving quality objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and review.
• Maintaining of Raw material store, Packing material store and Solvent area effectively.
• Overall responsible for planning & execution each function of store department.
• Handling of return material and rejected material as per SOP.
• Preparing a list of re-test material and intimate to QC for collecting the sample.
• Maintaining, updating and review of the departmental documents.
