Store & Dispatch Executive
Job Description
• Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to organize and manage inventory efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns effectively.
• Monitor and maintain proper documentation of all dispatch activities.
• Identify and resolve any logistical problems that may arise during dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve dispatch processes for enhanced efficiency
