Urgently Required

Female Graduate, Diploma Engineer, with 2 to 4 year experience of Purchase cum Store With Basic knowledge of Tally.

:

• Inward & Outward of material
• Preparing GRN, Making invoices, E-way bills.
• Making Sales Return Note against materials. Giving Replacement or else raising credit note
• Sending material to jobwork, making proper document and arranging the same to dispatch.
• Maintaining the filling for, Sales Invoices, Goods Return, Job work, Internal Transfer, Free Issue File (Replacement), Sales Return Note (SRN)
• Making Internal Transfer, sending the inventory to concern department.
• Arranging the Vechicle the for chemical department i.e., Watreat Department.
• Co-ordinating with Sales, Production, Purchase & Accounts department
• Even coordinating with transporter & Couriers. Giving follow up for the material received or not
• Taking proper action on damage goods, while receiving the goods as per PO raised. Less or Excess quantity is there confirming the same to Purchase department.
• Raising M.R (Material Request) to concern department.
• Physically stock Audit matching the same with system stock.
• Cross checking there courier & Transporter Bills. Forwarding the same to Accounts Department.
