Job Title: Store Manager cum Purchase Manager

Location: Sector 2 Noida. Near Sector 15 Mettro station.

Type of Employment: Full-time

### Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Store Manager cum Purchase Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, cataloguing, vendor development, order placing, and coordinating timely deliveries. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of our store and inventory management processes.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management:

- Manage inventory in software and ensure it matches with physical inventory.

- Catalog inventory with a well-maintained store, ensuring every item is marked

appropriately.

- Vendor Management:

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.

- Conduct price comparisons and place orders.

- Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely deliveries.

- Coordination and Planning:

- Coordinate deliveries to ensure they are on time.

- Maintain delivery challan stock in & out.

- Plan consumption and update inventory in the software.

- Site Inventory Management:

- Manage site inventory after issuance from the store.

- Track consumption in line with the planned requirements.

- Maintain Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for stock in both physical and software records.

### Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience in inventory management and purchase executive roles.

- Proficiency in inventory management software.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

### Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the HVAC industry or related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

### Skills and Experience:

- Familiarity with inventory management software.

- Ability to manage vendor relationships and conduct price negotiations.

- Strong planning and coordination skills to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage inventory both physically and in software.

### Salary Range:

20000 to 35000
