- Assist customers and staff with locating and obtaining products within the store.
- Maintain an organized and clean store environment.
- Stock shelves with manufacturing supplies and products, ensuring accurate labeling and pricing.
- Operate the cash register and handle sales transactions efficiently.
- Provide product information and support to customers and staff.
- Assist in inventory management, including inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely stocking and availability of products.
- Manage incoming shipments and ensure products are stored appropriately.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support administrative tasks such as order processing and record-keeping.
- Basic Knowledge of Tally ERP 9.0 and Accounting
