: Sahaj Store Attender
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer oriented Saree Store Attender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of silk and handicrafted sarees, be proficient with computers and effectively promote products across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Display :
Organize and display silk stuffs in an appealing manner to attract customers.
Ensure the store is tidy and visually appealing at all times.
2. Customer Services:
Attend to customers inquiries about in house product, their craftsmanship and fabric.
Provide styling suggestions and details product information
Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
3. Billing and Transactions:
Handle billing and invoicing accurately.
Manage payments via cash, card or digital platforms effectively.
4. Social Media Promotion
Share Broushers catlogue or images to promote store products on instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
Respond to online queries and engage with customers virtually.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong knowledge of silk and handicrafted sarees.
Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a team and provide a seamless shopping experience.
Preferred
Prior experience in retail or saree stores is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
