Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Learn about our products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Inventory Support:
• Assist in receiving and organizing merchandise shipments.
• Learn to conduct inventory checks and assist in restocking shelves.
• Work with the team to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout.
• Cash Handling:
• Receive training on processing customer transactions accurately.
• Learn to handle cash and other forms of payment.
• Follow proper cash-handling procedures and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Store Maintenance:
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.
• Assist in monitoring and replenishing supplies.
• Learn and implement safety and security protocols.
• Assist in Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with experienced team members to learn and contribute to common goals.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Develop effective communication skills within the team.
• Adherence to Policies:
• Follow company policies and procedures as instructed.
• Learn and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:

• Graduate diploma or equivalent.
• Fresher or experienced both can apply.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
