Job Title: Store Assistant - Road and Bridge Construction ( with (Nway)- ERP Knowledge)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Assistant to support the smooth management of construction materials, tools, and equipment for road,bridge and building projects. The role involves assisting in inventory control, maintaining storage facilities, and ensuring timely delivery of resources to construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management using ERP (nway):
• Use nway ERP to log, track, and manage inventory, ensuring data accuracy.
• Conduct stock checks and maintain real-time inventory records in the ERP system.
• Generate inventory and stock reports as required by management and project teams.
• Store Maintenance:
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and complies with safety standards.
• Regularly inspect storage areas for proper arrangement and secure storage of construction materials.
• Maintain the storage of hazardous materials in compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in construction or warehousing, with ERP (nway) expertise required.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in ERP, especially inventory and materials management modules.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and operate handling equipment safely.
• Familiarity with construction materials and tools, particularly for road and bridge work.
