Job Summary:

Raw Material Store Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the availability and proper

management of raw materials essential for our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee the receiving process, including unloading, inspection, and quality checks of incoming

raw materials. Ensure compliance with specifications and documentation.

? Manage the storage of raw materials in a safe and organized manner. Implement efficient

inventory control procedures, including tracking, labelling, and proper stacking.

? Enforce a strict first-in, first-out (FIFO) system and other relevant stock rotation methods to

minimize waste and spoilage.

? Coordinate the timely issuance of raw materials to production departments based on

production schedules and requisitions. Maintain accurate records of material usage.

? Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that stored raw materials meet quality

standards.

? Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors, monitor performance, and resolve

any discrepancies or issues related to orders and deliveries.

? Ensure a safe working environment in the store area and adherence to safety protocols. Comply

with relevant regulations and standards governing raw material storage.

? Generate regular reports on raw material inventory levels, consumption, and trends. Provide

insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Qualification & Experience:

? Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).

? Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in raw material management, preferably in a

manufacturing.

? Strong knowledge of raw materials used in manufacturing processes.

? Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.

? Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,137.93 - ?45,632.65 per month
