Our aim is to ensure that the tradition of non-motorized loom that has been a symbol of dignity and pride lives through our brand and in every fold, our sarees speak about the rich weaving culture of a particular region.:Key Responsibilities:Inventory and Stock Management:-Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.-Document all stock flow accurately and assist in daily and periodic reporting.-Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.-Assist in organizing and replenishing stock on the sales floor and in the stockroom.Store Operations:-Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the store.-Ensure that all store operations are carried out smoothly and efficiently.-Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.-Coordination with Logistics and Vendors:-Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of stock.-Liaise with vendors for the procurement of products and store supplies.-Perform store-related errands as needed to support store operations.Store Maintenance and Hygiene:-Help maintain a clean and organized store environment.-Ensure all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas, are kept tidy and hygienic.-Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.Sales Support:-Assist the sales team with their tasks, including customer service, product display, and promotions.-Support sales initiatives and campaigns to achieve store targets.-Provide product knowledge to customers and assist them in making informed purchase decisions.Qualifications:-High school diploma or equivalent.-Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work effectively in a team environment.-Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.-Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.What We Offer:-Competitive salary and benefits package.-Opportunities for career growth and development.-A supportive and inclusive work environment.-Employee discounts on our beautiful saree collection.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their suitability for the position to anupriya@dakshinamsarees.in.Application Deadline: 30.05.24Join us at Dakshinam Sarees and be a part of a team that celebrates tradition and fashion every day!Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 per monthSchedule:
