Role Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for efficiently managing the inventory and operations of the warehouse/store in a cosmetic manufacturing environment. The role involves ensuring optimal stock levels, overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and adhering to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, finished products, and packaging items.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure system accuracy.
• Develop and implement inventory management processes to minimize wastage and losses.
Team Leadership
• Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team for efficient performance.
• Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of daily operations.
• Maintain discipline, resolve conflicts, and uphold company policies.
Performance Metrics
• Accuracy in inventory management.
• Reduction in wastage and losses.
• Timely fulfillment of production and delivery schedules.
• Team productivity and adherence to safety standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
