Overview: As a Store Packaging Assistant, your primary responsibility is to ensure that products are properly packaged and prepared for shipment or display within our store. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and presentation of our merchandise, contributing to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging Preparation: Prepare merchandise for display or shipment by assembling, labeling, and packaging items according to specific instructions or guidelines.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards before packaging. Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by documenting quantities of packaged items and reporting inventory levels as needed.
• Organization and Cleanliness: Keep packaging areas clean, organized, and free from clutter. Ensure packaging materials are stocked and readily available.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including sales associates, warehouse staff, and supervisors, to coordinate packaging activities efficiently.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in packaging, retail, or warehouse environments is preferred .
• Training will be provided on specific packaging procedures and company guidelines.

Working Conditions:

• This position typically operates within a retail or warehouse environment.
• May require lifting and carrying boxes or packages of varying weights.
• Flexibility with work hours may be necessary during peak seasons or special promotions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?11,000.00 per month
