Your Profile:
• Bachelor degree with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Store Incharge or similar role in a factory setting, ideally in the manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge in tally.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
• Good verbal & written communication in English
• Good verbal communication in Tamil & Hindi
• The ideal candidate should be a good team player.
Your Roles & Responsibilities:
• Monitoring the quantity and quality of incoming materials.
• Generate Goods Receipt Notes promptly.
• Coordinating & communicating with the Internal team regarding daily needs, deliveries, and stock discrepancies.
• Keep detailed records of shortages, spare items, and regularly update stock levels.
• Perform regular stock Inventory.
• Oversee accurate picking and packing of client orders.
• Organize and send goods to vendors for job work.
• Keep track of packaging supplies and highlight the need for reordering.
• Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage and optimize processes related to materials handling and inventory control.
