Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Management: Implement strategies for timely delivery; manage inbound/outbound logistics.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels; conduct regular audits.
- Transportation Coordination: Manage transportation providers; optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Warehouse Management: Ensure proper storage and handling; maintain safety standards.
- Order Processing: Oversee order fulfillment; coordinate with sales for alignment.
- System Management: Use SAP and Tally for inventory and financial tracking.
- Cost Management: Develop logistics budget; identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance; develop risk management strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train logistics staff; promote continuous improvement.
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in logistics, especially beverage products; experience with SAP and Tally.
- Skills:
- Strong logistics and supply chain knowledge.
- Proficiency in SAP and Tally.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
