Job Responsibilities:

Manage inventory levels and track stock movements using SAP inventory management system
Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed
Ensure accurate recording of incoming and outgoing shipments
Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of orders
Plan and coordinate the dispatch schedule to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, dispatch schedules, and delivery status
Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure accurate inventory levels
Coordinate with production teams to ensure that finished goods are stored properly and available for dispatch
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring that materials are stored properly and safely
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards related to materials handling and storage

Job Requirements:

Any graduate with 2-3 years of experience in store and dispatch roles with SAP knowledge
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures
Experience in SAP inventory management system is a must
Ability to operate computerized inventory systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in materials handling and storage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a warehouse environment
Knowledge of logistics and dispatch operations is a plus.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent Pay: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Schedule:
