Job Description

Warehouse management

: Organize and maintain the warehouse, including labeling and signage

Quality control

: Inspect incoming and outgoing products

Inventory management

: Maintain stock levels and ensure proper storage

Dispatch planning

: Schedule dispatches, map locations, and direct routes

Order processing

: Pick, pack, and dispatch orders for customers or showroom requirements

Documentation

: Ensure that dispatch documentation is complete and accurate

Communication

: Communicate with internal teams, external suppliers, and logistics partners

Shipping

: Arrange transportation, order carriers, and verify items shipped

Customer service

: Keep customers informed about item availability, shipment date and method, and current status
