You will work within global team responsible for maintaining storage and backup functions across multiple sites and data centers, ensuring seamless operations and data integrity.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support and management of a large-scale storage environment, encompassing common storage tasks.
  • Deploy new solutions and conduct storage migrations, focusing primarily on NAS and cloud-based services.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure continuous support for global operations.
Team Collaboration: You will be an integral part of the Storage and Data Protection team, collaborating with colleagues across the globe in a follow-the-sun support model. Together, we ensure the reliability and security of our storage infrastructure across 180+ sites and primary data centers.Qualifications:Education:
  • Minimum of 4 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience supporting storage systems.
Experience:
  • Proven track record in managing and supporting global storage environments, including SAN and NAS.
  • Familiarity with AWS storage services (S3, EBS, EFS, FSx), or similar services within Azure or Google Cloud.
  • Experience supporting storage for both Windows and Linux platforms.
  • Prior experience in a highly regulated environment is advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • Profound knowledge of EMC PowerMax/VMAX, Unity/VNX storage arrays.
  • Experience with NetApp and Isilon NAS systems.
  • Familiarity with HPE Nimble and Pure storage systems is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud storage services, particularly AWS S3/Glacier/FSx/EFS and Azure Files.
  • Proficiency in Python or shell scripting is preferred.
