Qualifications and Skills:

? B.Tech/BE/Diploma/Graduate in Computer science.

? 3 years of experience in as Backup & Storage Admin and technical support role.

? Proven experience as a storage engineer or a similar role in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise storage solutions.

? In-depth knowledge of storage technologies, including SAN, NAS, DAS, RAID, and file systems (e.g., NFS, SMB).

? Hands-on experience with storage hardware from leading vendors (e.g., Hitachi, Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, IBM).

? Proficiency in storage management tools and protocols, such as Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS/SMB, and SCSI.

? Strong understanding of data replication, backup, and disaster recovery concepts and methodologies.

? Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and their integration with storage systems.

? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex storage issues.

? Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
