Stonex India is looking for a Manager - Art Business to manage and oversee their Art Division programs. The programs provide artists with the multi-disciplinary opportunities to work in space where they can focus on their innovative, creative projects. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the Stonex Art programs' success and the artists' overall experience. The incumbent plays this multifaceted role at the intersection of creative leadership, strategic partnerships, and program development. This pivotal position is responsible for shaping the artistic direction of Stonex while fostering collaborative alliances and strategically driving business development, while overseeing the day-to-day operations in artists workshops and studios.About :Stonex India has evolved into an Art brand guided by the philosophy of delivering enriching experiences. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Delhi.4. Salary band for this role is available upon request.RequirementsEssential Experience:

• Experience in collaborations and partnerships with significant institutions and artists

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in arts administration, program development, and project management for cultural organizations, with a strong preference for those with experience in artist residency programs or in similar settings

• Knowledge of contemporary art scene, celebrated and emerging artist

• Proficiency in recording department budgets.

• Experience working with and on behalf of visual artists and fostering creativity

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Cultural agility

• Deep understanding and appreciation for art history and curation

• Proficiency in prioritizing and managing multiple projects concurrently

• Experience in collaborating with a wide range of internal stakeholders.

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, CRM, databases, and project management software

• Excellent collaborative skills and an unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest professional ethics.
