Experience in Assets Management or Inventory Management.
Experience with Tally Software.
Maintaining Physical stock or all Finished Products
Checking the order requirement on channel partners and making supplies.
Entering and Updating the stock journals on a daily basis.
Intimating the Production and Procurement team when the material is below the Minimum stock quantity.
Ensuring all the FG are packed and dispatched as per the supply and delivery schedule.
Checking the goods returned from the channel partners and updating the stocks
Handling communication with channel partners on stock updation
Reconciliation of the physical stock and the Stock Journals on Monthly basis
Assisting the Accounts team on Quarterly Audits
Following all the guidelines as and when they are provided.
Observing high health and safety standards.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
