Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Analyze discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Develop and implement effective stock audit procedures.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to address and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and recommend improvements to inventory management systems.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of inventory control policies.
• Train and mentor junior staff on audit processes and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management and auditing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2-4 years of experience in stock auditing or a relevant field.
• Proficiency in MS Office specially in Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
