• Staff supervision : Oversee kitchen and service staff, including scheduling, training, and supervising.
• Safety and health : Maintain health and safety standards, and follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Communication : Communicate with guests and colleagues, and resolve customer service issues.
• Event management : Assist with crowd circulation, monitor crowd density, and respond to incidents.
