Job Title: Steward

Location: Indie Stays, Marol, Andheri, Mumbai

Indie Stays is looking for a dedicated and efficient Steward to join our team at Marol, Andheri. The Steward will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing excellent service in a hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up dining areas before meal service, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables, chairs, and utensils.
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished dining, maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
• Ensure proper sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Help with stocking and organizing supplies, including glassware, cutlery, and linens.
• Assist with food preparation and plating as directed by kitchen staff when required.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain hygiene standards in all areas.
• Support the kitchen and serving team during peak service hours.
• Provide a friendly and welcoming experience to guests, addressing any needs they may have.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Steward or similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
