Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Steward to support our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean and organized environment, assisting with customer service, and supporting various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring accurate and efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, dining area, and other related spaces.
• Assist in the preparation and packaging of orders during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the supervisor.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
