Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring exceptional dining experiences.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Provide information about the menu, including daily specials and recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest queries and concerns professionally and courteously.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a steward or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to relocate to Udaipur and adapt to a heritage hospitality setting.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
