Qualification : SSC/Intermediate

Experience : 0 to 1 year (Preferably from Hotel Industry)

Job Specification :



1. To maintain inventory of cutlery and crockery.

2. Supervise & provide quality food service to patients on time.

3. Provide quality food service to all other customer of F&B (staff, attendants, doctors, nursing school & nursing college).

4. Ensure timely supply of room service orders.

5. To be aware of basic dietetic principles.

6.Maintain hygiene and follow hygiene schedule in all aspects of the departments.

7. Ensure that service staff wears appropriate dress codes.

9. Ensure that food wastage is less than 5%.
