Job Title:• Restaurant Server/Host
Job Summary:
Provide exceptional customer service, ensure seamless dining experiences, and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Welcome and seat customers
- Serve water and beverages
- Deliver beverages from the bartender
- Present clean menus
Table Management:
- Set and clear tables
- Place seasonal decorations, candles, and tablecloths
- Prepare tables for next customers
Supporting Wait Staff:
- Stock serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, and condiments
- Assist with all aspects of service
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Clean menus and tables
- Assist with opening/closing tasks
- Sweep, mop, and polish the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and equipment
- Scrap and wash dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware, and glasses
- Put away clean dishes
Additional Tasks:
- Transport used linen to/from laundry or housekeeping
- Assist with unloading and storing stock
