Job Description
JOB LOCATION: PATNA
. Greeting customers : Welcome customers and seat them
• Taking orders : Take food and drink orders from customers
• Serving food and drinks : Deliver food and drinks to customers on time
• Answering questions : Provide information about the menu, food sensitivities, and food substitutions
• Handling payments : Process customer payments by cash or card
• Cleaning tables : Remove dirty dishes and clean tables after customers have finished eating
• Handling complaints : Address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensuring food is correct : Make sure the kitchen staff prepares the food order correctly and that it looks presentable for guests
• Following health codes : Follow health code standards when handling food
• Shift duties : Perform shift duties like restocking items, cleaning coffee pots, or cleaning the food runner station
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
