Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring all needs are met efficiently and professionally in a multi-cuisine setting.
Table Setting and Maintenance: Set up tables before service, ensuring proper arrangement and presentation for various cuisines, and maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the service period.
Food and Beverage Service: Serve a variety of international and regional dishes and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
Order Taking: Accurately take orders, noting any special dietary requirements or preferences, and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Cleaning Duties: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing tables, cleaning spills, and ensuring overall hygiene.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining stock levels for a diverse range of ingredients and beverages, and inform the supervisor of any shortages.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth service operations across multiple cuisines.
Compliance: Follow all company policies, health and safety regulations, and sanitation standards specific to a multi-cuisine environment.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within a multi-cuisine restaurant is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry items up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
