Job Overview
We are looking for a Steward to join our team.As a Steward, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The role is open to freshers with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of food and beverage
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders, using our POS system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
