• Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
• Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Providing direction and support to other staff members
• Balancing daily sales and expenses
• Handling customer complaints and resolving conflicts in a professional manner
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
