Position: Steward
Location: Villament Resort, Khalapur
Department: Food and Beverage
Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Head Chef
Responsibilities
• Cleaning: Sanitize dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas.
• Maintenance: Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and orderly.
• Inventory: Track supplies and assist with inventory management.
• Support: Help kitchen staff with basic food preparation and ensure equipment is available and clean.
• Waste Management: Dispose of waste properly and maintain garbage disposal areas.
• Safety: Follow safety protocols and health regulations.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with the food and beverage team and attend meetings and training.
Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
• Skills: Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
