Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

to join our team in a fast-paced

multi-cuisine restaurant

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and service areas, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of work.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations according to hygiene standards. Wash and properly store all cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, and cutlery. Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required. Ensure waste is disposed of properly and kitchen areas remain organized. Refill kitchen supplies like soap, towels, and sanitizers. Monitor dishwashing machines and cleaning tools for proper functioning. Follow restaurant policies, health & safety regulations, and food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of the pantry, storage areas, and service stations. Support the front-of-house team during peak hours with clearing tables and resetting them if needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, especially in a multi-cuisine or high-volume restaurant. Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. Physically fit to handle tasks that require standing for long periods and lifting light to medium loads. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Multitasking and time management skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good communication and coordination with the kitchen and service team.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
