:
Set up tables with appropriate cutlery, glasses, napkins, and other dining essentials before guests arrive.
Clear and clean tables after guests leave, ensuring the dining area is tidy and well-organized.

Product Knowledge
:
Have in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special promotions, to assist guests with queries.
Make suggestions and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
5.
Hygiene and Safety
:
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including maintaining personal grooming and ensuring cleanliness in the dining area.
Ensure the correct handling and storage of food and beverages.
6.
Coordination with Other Departments
:
Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Communicate guest feedback, complaints, or special requests to the appropriate department for resolution.

Billing and Payment
:
Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and handle cash or card transactions efficiently.
8.
Inventory Management
:
Assist in monitoring and maintaining stock levels of service items like cutlery, glasses, napkins, and condiments.

Compliance with SOPs
:
Follow the restaurant's standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistent service quality.

Teamwork

Support colleagues during busy periods and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
